Job summary

Main Line Talent Group in Evanston, IL is seeking an experienced Epicor System Administrator to provide advanced technical administration, security, performance, integration, and configuration support for Epicor Kinetic. This on-site senior role works with Manufacturing Configuration Control and business owners to ensure secure, maintainable Epicor environments.

The successful candidate will lead upgrades, manage security, develop BAQs/BPMs, dashboards, and reports, while collaborating with IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 5+ years Epicor ERP/Kinetic production environment experience.
• Experience with Epicor security, patching, upgrades, and change control.
• 2+ years BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, SSRS reports development.
• Strong SQL, SQL Server admin and backups.

Responsibilities

• Administer Epicor Kinetic environments and services on-site.
• Manage user lifecycle, security groups, access, and roles per policy.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and deployments with change control.
• Develop Epicor solutions: BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, integrations.
• Support SQL Server performance, backups, and data investigation.
• Monitor systems, logs, interfaces, and scheduled tasks; triage issues.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, APIs, or Epicor tools.
• Maintain technical docs for configurations, security, and recovery.
