Job summary

Cretex Companies, Inc. seeks an entry-level Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst / Support Associate to bridge business operations and our ERP ecosystem.

You will support Epicor Kinetic, gather requirements, triage tickets, and help automate AI-driven support workflows for efficiency. You will work under mentors to learn ERP processes, troubleshoot, document resolutions, and contribute to a growing internal knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an IT, business analysis, or systems-support role.
• Understanding of how AI/machine learning models operate and an eagerness to learn AI-enabled support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach to diagnosing technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Curiosity and self-motivation to learn manufacturing processes and Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Process improvement mindset and change management.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• First-Line Support: act as initial contact for end-user application support.
• Requirements Gathering: document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Ticket Intake & Categorization: log and categorize all Epicor Kinetic tickets.
• Severity Assessment & Prioritization: triage by business impact to SLAs.
• Tier 1/2 Resolution & Escalation: resolve common issues and escalate complex ones.
• Knowledge Base Contribution: document root causes and resolutions.
• Trend Analysis: identify recurring errors and propose training or system adjustments.
• AI Tool Optimization: help automate and scale internal AI support and triage.
• Model Training & Data Curation: maintain AI knowledge sources and SOPs.
• Workflow Integration: test and improve automated workflows for repetitive issues.
• Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement: review classifications and outputs to improve accuracy.
