Job summary

Adastra is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Functional Analyst to support and enhance its ERP environment. The role bridges business users and the technical team, troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and expanding the effective use of Epicor Kinetic.

You will work with manufacturing, production planning, inventory, and warehouse processes, provide training, document requirements, and assist with testing and implementing new functionality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Functional Epicor experience working directly with business users.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and improving workflows.
• Knowledge of production, inventory, or warehouse processes.
• Experience with Epicor reporting and data.
• Strong communication, documentation, training, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and administration for Epicor Kinetic Cloud.
• Partner with business users to understand requirements and system challenges.
• Troubleshoot Epicor issues and identify root causes.
• Support manufacturing, production planning, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Improve workflows and help reduce reliance on manual processes and Excel.
• Support reporting, system documentation, and end user training.
• Work with developers on functional requirements and system enhancements.
• Assist with testing and implementation of new functionality.
• Support warehouse management and wireless warehouse functionality.
