Job summary

Cretex is seeking an entry-level Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst / Support Associate to bridge operations with our ERP ecosystem. You will support and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP, gather requirements, triage tickets, and help automate AI-driven support processes.

You’ll work under senior ERP team mentorship, collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement, while contributing to knowledge base improvements and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an IT, business analysis, or systems-support role.

Responsibilities

• ERP Support & Business Analysis: act as first-line support, troubleshoot system errors, user provisioning, data discrepancies, and process bottlenecks.
• Requirements Gathering: document business requirements with department stakeholders to identify improvements and support enhancements.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Ticket Intake & Categorization: log, categorize, and metadata-tag incoming Epicor Kinetic requests.
• Severity Assessment & Prioritization: triage by impact to prioritize tickets per SLAs.
• Tier 1/2 Resolution & Escalation: resolve standard issues; escalate complex bugs to senior analysts or external Epicor support.
• Knowledge Base Contribution: document root causes and resolutions for internal wiki.
• Trend Analysis: monitor ticket trends and propose training or system adjustments.
• AI-Driven Support Automation & Model Training: assist automate and improve AI support workflows.
