Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP administration and support, with a focus on Epicor.
• Proven experience administering Epicor Kinetic ERP in a cloud or on-premises environment
• Strong understanding of Epicor Kenetic modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials.
• Epicor configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Supporting manufacturing operations and shop floor systems
• Networking and security principles
• Desktop and hardware support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High level familiarity with system integration and development
• Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, including: system configuration and user setup
• Dashboard and report customization
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
• Supporting upgrades and integrations
• Provide first-level support for PSI and assist with manufacturing shop floor systems
• Deliver desktops, hardware, and basic network support to local users
• Collaborate with Corporate IT for escalations, guidance, and project alignment
• Maintain system documentation and user training materials
• Provide after-hour support as needed for critical issues or maintenance
• Track and manage help desk tickets, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
