Job summary

Adastra, a growing manufacturing organization, seeks an Epicor Kinetic Specialist to own and optimize its ERP across multiple affiliated manufacturing locations. The candidate will help unify environments moved to Epicor Kinetic Cloud and improve adoption.

You will standardize processes, implement light configurations, train users, and work with operations, finance, and leadership to maximize ERP value, traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epicor experience with hands-on Kinetic.
• Experience supporting, improving, or administering Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
• Experience with BAQs, BPMs, Configurator, or other Kinetic configuration/customization preferred.

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Specialist to take ownership of its ERP environment across multiple affiliated manufacturing businesses and locations.

The organization has recently moved different businesses onto Epicor Kinetic Cloud, but implementations and processes have not been consistent across locations. This person will help bring those environments and processes together, improve adoption, and make Kinetic work more effectively for the business.

• Own and support the Epicor Kinetic environment across multiple manufacturing locations
• Standardize processes and best practices across businesses
• Identify gaps in how Kinetic is being used and develop practical solutions
• Make light configurations/customizations to streamline workflows
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, finance, and other teams to improve ERP usage
• Train users and drive stronger adoption of Epicor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epicor experience, with strong hands-on Kinetic experience
• Manufacturing ERP experience; custom/engineered manufacturing is a plus
• Experience supporting, improving, or administering Epicor Kinetic
• Strong business analysis and process improvement skills
• Comfortable working directly with end users and business leadership
• Experience with BAQs, BPMs, Configurator, or other Kinetic configuration/customization preferred
