Job summary

Manufacturing Company is seeking an Epicor ERP Administrator to manage and optimize our on-premise Epicor ERP system, ensuring it supports our manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes hands-on development, maintenance, and collaboration with multiple departments.

You will develop and customize ERP modules, plan migrations from E10, monitor the environment, provide user training, and document processes, coordinating with finance, operations, and IT to deliver robust ERP solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Epicor ERP Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP systems, particularly on-premises implementations.
Experience with ERP system migrations and upgrades.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Epicor ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Implement new processes within the on-premise Epicor ERP system to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate migration from Epicor E10 to the latest on-premise or cloud version, ensuring a smooth transition.
Monitor and maintain the on-premise Epicor environment, including hardware and software configurations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor ERP-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for ERP processes and customizations.
Train end-users on the effective use of the Epicor ERP system.
