Job summary

Trexon, an Amphenol company, seeks an ERP System Administrator to own Epicor platforms across multiple company instances supporting manufacturing, finance, and quality. You will manage user access, security, data loads, and BI developments, working with the app dev team and IT.

This is a hands-on role with visibility to operations and leadership. You will ensure system health, backups, upgrades, and ITAR/CMMC compliance in an ERP context while coordinating with hosting partners and internal

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field; 3+ years ERP/BI admin experience.
• 4+ years hands-on Epicor ERP administration experience (E10/Kinetic preferred).
• Experience managing data loads for Epicor implementations; DMT knowledge.
• Familiarity with hosted Epicor environments in GCCH preferred; ITAR/CMMC 2.0 context.
• Strong SQL and REST API integration; scripting (Python/PowerShell); version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts across all company instances.
• Administer security groups, roles, and permissions; manage licenses.
• Troubleshoot Epicor issues; perform root cause analysis; deploy solutions.
• Deploy BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, DMT; coordinate promotions across DEV/PILOT/PROD.
• Maintain Epicor environments; coordinate with hosting/managed-services.
• Maintain backups and data integrations; monitor system health and uptime.
