Job summary

Bradford Company in Holland, MI is seeking an Accounting Specialist II to manage advanced accounting functions including A/R, A/P, GL, and bank reconciliations. You will serve as the department's Epicor power user and drive system improvements and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years of ERP/financial system experience, with strong Excel and SQL skills to automate processes and support analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a similar field with two+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or process automation.
• Experience with Epicor ERP and strong Excel skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Epicor SME, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Support system projects, upgrades, and integrations; assist testing and user acceptance.
• Automate manual accounting processes using Excel, SQL, and other tools.
• Develop reports, queries, and dashboards to support financial analysis.
• Maintain system user access and configurations with IT.
• Train staff on system features and document procedures.
• Assist in month-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll, AP/A/P processing and cash applications weekly.
