Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst for a contractual, 100% remote engagement supporting a large Epic implementation with go-live targeted for March/April 2027. The role focuses on ground-up Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory build, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

This remote contract requires Willow certifications and strong knowledge of ambulatory workflows; travel may be required around go-live.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
• Epic Willow Inventory certification is required.
• Hands-on experience building Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable, responsive, and focused on the Epic implementation.

• Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and design workflows.
• Configure medication, inventory, and related pharmacy functionality.
• Develop and execute testing, validate build, and resolve defects.
• Support implementation readiness, cutover, and the March/April 2027 go-live.
• Troubleshoot Willow build and workflow issues.
• Maintain documentation of build decisions, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide consistent project updates and weekly status reporting.

Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst

Location: 100% Remote, potential travel for go-live

Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation currently underway. This role will focus on the ground-up build and implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory, supporting the project through build, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

• Build and configure Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory for a new implementation.
• Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and design workflows.
• Configure medication, inventory, and related pharmacy functionality.
• Develop and execute testing, validate build, and resolve defects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
