Job summary

Jobtailor in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Epic Willow Pharmacy Applications Analyst to design, implement, optimize, and support Epic Willow modules across the organization, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmacy informatics or Epic application support, Florida pharmacist licensure, and Epic certification or the ability to obtain it within a defined timeframe.

Qualifications

• 3 years of pharmacy practice, pharmacy informatics, healthcare technology, or Epic application support experience.
• 1 year of experience analyzing operational requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• 1 year of Epic application analyst experience preferred.
• 1 year of completion in ASHP accredited PGY-1 and/or PGY-2 Residency preferred.
• 3 years of pharmacy informatics or clinical informatics experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience supporting Epic implementations preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida required.
• Epic certification or ability to attain Epic certification(s) within defined timeframe.

• Serve as the primary application and workflow expert for pharmacy-related Epic functionality.
• Partner with pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, clinical informatics, operational stakeholders, and IT to translate requirements into Epic solutions.
• Responsible for application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow optimization, implementation support, and ongoing enhancement of Epic Willow applications.

• Partner closely with pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, clinical informatics, operational stakeholders, and information technology teams to translate clinical and business requirements into effective Epic solutions.


• Responsible for application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow optimization, implementation support, and ongoing enhancement of Epic Willow applications.

• 3 years of pharmacy practice, pharmacy informatics, healthcare technology, or Epic application support experience, required.

• 1 year of Epic application analyst experience, preferred.
