Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks an Epic Willow Inpatient specialist to independently manage the build, configuration, and support of inpatient pharmacy applications.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership, Nursing, Clinical Operations and Information Systems to optimize medication-use workflows, support clinical safety and quality initiatives, and participate in system upgrades, testing and validation to ensure seamless operations in inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Certification in Epic Willow Inpatient required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient or similar pharmacy applications.
• Strong understanding of related Epic modules (ClinDoc, Orders, Beacon, Resolute, Inventory).
• Experience partnering with Finance, Revenue Integrity, and Pharmacy teams to optimize charging and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support and timely issue resolution impacting pharmacy and clinical operations.
• Lead or support initiatives in barcode medication administration, sterile compounding, and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user resources for clinical staff.
