Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Ambulatory Application Analyst to join the IS Clinical Systems team. This full-time role focuses on Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, and pharmacy POS solutions for outpatient care.

You will build, test, and implement modules, develop test scripts, and support upgrades and go-lives while leveraging strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory and related outpatient pharmacy applications.
• On-site support in Lee County, FL is required for full-time employment.
• Willingness to relocate may be preferred for full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead build, support, testing, and implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory and related outpatient pharmacy applications.
• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications with structured methodology.
• Serve as SME on project teams, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support upgrades and go-lives.

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00AM to 4:30:00PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$37.72 - $49.03 / hour

The Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the build, support, testing, and implementation efforts related to Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, pharmacy point of sale and other related outpatient pharmacy applications.
• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives.
• Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's and/or at least 3 yrs of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT)
• Experience: 3+ yrs of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT)
• Florida residency (on-site support required in Lee County), full time (or willingness to relocate)

Additional Experience Preferences:

• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification/Proficiency
• Willow Inventory certification/proficiency
• Management of Pharmacy Point of Sale software/hardware
• Pharmacy technician experience
• Pharmacy technician certification
