Healthlink Advisors is seeking a certified Epic Willow Analyst to provide critical post-go-live support for the Willow Inpatient implementation. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in medication management workflows and pharmacy operations, collaborating with clinical teams to resolve issues and optimize system integration.

We are seeking acertified Epic Willow AnalystwithWillow InpatientandWillow Inpatient Inventorycertifications to join our clinical applications team. The ideal candidate will provide criticalpost-go-live supportfor our recentWillow Inpatient implementation (go-live 6/1/2025)and play a key role in thekickoff and build phase of Willow Inpatient Inventory. This role requires hands-on expertise in medication management workflows, inventory charging, and integration with pharmacy automation systems such asBD Pyxis.Contract Duration : 6/30/25-11/20/25
Role will provide post go live support for Willow Inpatient which went live on 6/1/25 and participate in the kickoff of Willow Inpatient Inventory project. Experience needed in Willow Inpatient medication management, charging, Pyxis BD, working with pharmacists and providers to interpret and incorporate feedback to resolve issues and optimize build. Analyst will facilitate meetings to facilitate decisions, communicate capabilities and limitations. Pharmacist background not required , Willow Inpatient Certification & Willow Inpatient Inventory required
Deliverpost-go-live supportfor Epic Willow Inpatient, addressing issues related to workflows, medication charging, formulary, and system optimization.
Collaborate withclinical pharmacists and providersto gather feedback and translate it into system changes that improve user experience and workflow efficiency.
Support and participate in thekickoff and build of the Willow Inpatient Inventoryproject, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational needs.
Facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders tocommunicate system capabilities, limitations, and propose solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues withautomated dispensing cabinets (e.g., BD Pyxis)and other third-party systems.
Conduct system testing, validation, and training activities as needed.
Maintain system documentation and change records following organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Stay current on Epic upgrades and best practices for Willow Inpatient and Inventory.
Epic Willow Inpatient certification(current and in good standing)
Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory certification
Minimum3 years of experienceas an Epic Willow Analyst or equivalent
Proven experience supportingmedication management workflows, pharmacy operations, and medication charging
Experience integrating and troubleshootingBD Pyxis or similar automated dispensing systems
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory considerations in inpatient pharmacy settings
Ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex system and user issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and lead discussions with clinical and operational leaders
