Title: Epic Application Analyst Professional Billing

Location: Remote!

What You’ll Do:

Tackle Epic Professional Billing optimization projects spanning hospitals and large practices, including projects focused on Credit Work Queue/Credit Workflows, Epic Financial Assistance Module, Presumptive processes and workflows and SBO Build

Technical Excellence:

Design, build/configure, test, and validate Epic modules supporting our revenue cycle operations, ensuring our systems run at peak performance.

Advanced Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex issues and provide ongoing system support while maintaining and enhancing our Epic environment.

Collaborative Problem Solving:

Work closely with Patient Access Services, Revenue Cycle teams, vendors, and technical services to streamline workflows and deliver effective solutions.

Who You Are:

• Certified Expertise: Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
• Experience with: -Credit Work Queue/Credit Workflows
• Epic Financial Assistance Module
• Presumptive processes and workflows
• sBO/Single Billing Office build experience
