Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking an Applications Analyst IV to oversee a team of analysts responsible for coordinating, training and implementing Epic Willow Ambulatory, ensuring applications are well supported and deployments meet organizational standards.

This role requires a thorough understanding of medical terminology, technology and clinical workflows, acting as liaison to coordinate training, troubleshooting, configuration and error resolution for new and existing applications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of information systems experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, guide and motivate direct reports; demonstrate best practices.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and support; analyze and solve problems.
• Strong software and application knowledge; understand relevant technologies.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders; ensure timely project delivery.
