Job summary

The role focuses on Epic Willow Ambulatory and Inventory, providing support for various ambulatory clinical applications, enhancing workflows, and collaborating with technical and operational partners.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Epic support, strong troubleshooting skills, and the capability to lead projects. Epic certification and extensive Epic experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Epic application support, implementation, or build experience.
• Experience performing moderately complex Epic configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
