Job summary

Tanner seeks an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, and support the Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows. The role requires strong knowledge of retail pharmacy processes and Epic certifications, acting as the bridge between technical and clinical staff while ensuring compliance and smooth operation.

The analyst may be asked to take on additional duties beyond the description for business or project needs, including participating in on-call and overnight rotations.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certifications in the area of support are preferred and must be kept current.
• Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and support the Epic Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and clinical staff and resolve issues.
• May perform duties outside the defined job description as needs arise, including on-call/on-rotation duties.

Job Description

The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting the Epic Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows. Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences as well as understanding a wide array of integration points is required. Willow Ambulatory Analysts must serve as a liaison between the technical and clinical staff and must escape appropriately to resolve issues. Depending on operations, business or project needs, Willow Ambulatory Analysts may be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Qualifications:

• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in the area of support is preferred. Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially. If Epic certification(s) in the area of support has not been obtained or has lapsed, certification(s) related to the area of support must be achieved during the first 90 days. Epic certification(s) in the area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required.
• Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.

Standard shift is M-F 830am-5pm. Depending on needs of the business, the analyst may be required to work early, stay late, and work weekends. The analyst is required to participate in the on call and overnight reboot rotations
