Job summary

Insight Global in Houston, TX is seeking an Epic Willow Analyst for a premier healthcare client.

You will handle break/fix tickets, optimization tickets, and new builds for four new retail stores opening soon.

Required: Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification and at least 2 years of ambulatory pharmacy build and support; 4 years for senior level; ServiceNow experience and PBM integration knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory pharmacy build and support; 4 years for senior title.
• Ticketing and support experience in a healthcare IT environment.
• Experience with pharmacy interfaces and formulary builds.
• PBM integration knowledge and prior authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Work through break/fix tickets and optimization tickets.
• Develop and implement new builds for multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and IT teams to optimize workflows.
• Maintain and update pharmacy operational procedures and formulary rules.

A premier healthcare client in Houston, Texas is looking to add an Epic Willow Analyst to their team. This person will spend their days doing 3 major tasks: working through break/fix tickets, optimization tickets, or doing new builds for the 4 new retails stores that will be opening in the near future.
