Job summary

Odyssey Information Services is seeking an experienced Epic Web & Service Server Engineer to support and maintain Epic infrastructure across production, disaster recovery, training, and non-production environments.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, monitoring, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting Epic web/service servers; supporting VMware, Citrix, and Windows Server; and maintaining documentation with Epic and internal teams.

Qualifications

Current Epic ECSA Certification – hard requirement.
3+ years of direct Epic ECSA experience.
3+ years of IT experience in systems engineering, server administration, web services, or networking.
Experience with PowerShell, Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and Epic infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Epic web/service server platforms.
Perform Epic upgrades, updates, patching, and system maintenance.
Troubleshoot Epic infrastructure, third-party integrations, and performance issues.
Support VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, capacity planning, and business continuity.
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Epic and internal technical teams.
