Job summary

Odyssey Information Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Epic Web & Service Server Engineer to support and maintain Epic application infrastructure across production, disaster recovery, training, and non-production environments.

You will install, configure, monitor, upgrade, and troubleshoot Epic web/service servers, collaborate with Epic and internal teams, and contribute to capacity planning, continuity, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Epic ECSA Certification – hard requirement.
• 3+ years of direct Epic ECSA experience.
• 3+ years of IT experience in systems engineering, server administration, web services, or networking.
• Experience with PowerShell, Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and Epic infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills.
