Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Principal Trainer to be the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows. You will develop and lead comprehensive training programs and materials, coordinating with other Principal Trainers to align end-user workflows with production practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer technology or science is required.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in software training or related field.
  • Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as content expert for respective application(s) and master Epic workflows.
  • Develop and lead training programs and materials in coordination with other Principal Trainers.
  • Ensure training needs are met and usability is supported as directed by the Director.
  • Build, test, and maintain training environments to match production environments.
  • Support go-live events and provide user support on-site or remotely.
