Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks a Principal Trainer to become the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows. You will design and lead the training program and materials, coordinating with fellow trainers to cover workflows shared across applications.

The role requires building and maintaining training environments that reflect production, ensuring training quality, and supporting go-live events and user support as part of the Information Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer technology or science is required.
• In lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Be the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop and lead the training program and associated training materials.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, Environments to align training environments with production.
• Ensure training environments closely match production for effective training.
• Support go-live events, direct training, and user assistance.
