On-site work with a focus on credentialing within Epic and ongoing staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree preferred, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical Experience, Adult Education Experience, Microsoft Office Experience and Virtual Training Experience.
• Epic Trainer Credentialed preferred but not required; must achieve Epic Credential within 1 year of hire or transfer into the position.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-class and on-the-spot training for clinical and non-clinical users in Epic.
• Collaborate with Clinical Application Administrator, Informatics Analysts, and Epic trainers to build and maintain training environments.
• Ensure training materials are current and accessible; perform proficiency assessments and class evaluations; relay improvement ideas to the team.
• Support career growth and provide resources such as tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits to Garnet Health System employees.
