Specialty Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking an Epic Template Builder for a contract assignment in the Tacoma, WA area. The role focuses on template build, system support, and data entry as part of a transition from NextGen to Epic.

You will design scheduling templates for clinical and support staff, collaborate with IT and project teams, and ensure templates align with staffing needs and timelines during the conversion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Epic template or content build experience.
• 5+ years working in an Epic environment (super user or similar role).
• Experience supporting Epic implementations or system conversions preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and build scheduling templates in Epic for clinical and support staff.
• Work with internal teams to identify template needs and timelines.
• Update and adjust templates based on staffing and operational changes.
• Perform manual data entry and migration tasks within Epic.
• Support staff with best practices and guidance on Epic scheduling workflows.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Project-based (Epic conversion support)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Epic template or content build experience
• Minimum 5 years working in an Epic environment (super user or similar role)
• Experience supporting Epic implementations or system conversions preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
