Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's with five years in related area, including EMR/ Epic implementation experience.
• Requires basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
• Ability to assess IT needs across campus/medical center and design services accordingly.
• Experience leading a team of technology professionals and managing complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of computing and communications, including hardware, software, operations and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end implementation project plans for Epic transitions and ensure timely completion to established quality standards.
• Identify implementation risks early and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders across teams.
• Engage internal and external leadership and customers to resolve issues with timely follow-through.
• Manage JPA-funded Epic projects post go-live and maintain accountability across the project lifecycle.
