Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of IT support or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 4 years project management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare environment required.
• EpicCare Inpatient Procedure Orders certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs systems analysis and oversees planning, design, and implementation for large, complex systems to meet business requirements.
• Schedules work of systems analysts and provides technical guidance; ensures deadlines are met.
• Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures; ensures data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborates with PMs and team members to ensure project goals; coordinates system testing, UAT, and end-user training.
