Job summary

UNLV Medicine in Las Vegas is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst focused on Professional Billing and Research modules. You will design, configure, and support Epic Resolute, ensuring compliant workflows for billing, claims, and research operations.

The role requires experience with integration points, data analysis, and collaboration across clinical and financial teams to optimize performance and reporting. A strong background in Epic modules and certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive working knowledge of Accounts Receivables and Epic Resolute.
• Experience with Epic Research module and related workflows.
• Ability to analyze data sources to identify root causes of issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and enterprise systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, and Research modules.
• Analyze business workflows and system functionality to optimize processes.
• Troubleshoot complex Epic issues across upstream/downstream interfaces.
• Lead optimization initiatives and project-based enhancements.
• Coordinate with Epic, vendors, and internal teams for effective communication.
