Qualificações

• Epic Systems Analyst with experience in Professional Billing or Research.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, IT/Healthcare field.
• Certification timeline: Epic certification or proficiency within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, and Research modules.
• Analyze business workflows and system functionality to optimize processes.
• Troubleshoot complex Epic issues across data interfaces and dependencies.
• Lead and participate in upgrades, projects, and post-go-live support.
• Provide training and guidance to users; document configurations and decisions.
