Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Epic Analyst to provide daily operational support and I&T leadership across Epic Modules. You will own testing, release updates, and coordinate enhancements with cross-functional teams to improve care delivery.

Responsibilities include leading complex system improvement projects, connecting Epic to vendors, and preparing executive-facing reports. Strong knowledge of Epic Prelude, SQL, and HL7/X12 is required.

Qualifications

  • Epic Certification in Prelude or equivalent.
  • Experience with documentation, workflow design and configuration in healthcare.
  • Ability to participate in all project phases: design, build, validation, implementation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of SQL, HL7, X12 or other healthcare standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Daily operational support and system updates (40%).
  • I&T ownership of 3+ Epic Modules or related systems; lead testing, release notes, scripts, builds.
  • Mentor Epic analysts on issues and resolutions; provide on-call support.
  • Lead projects to implement system enhancements and optimized workflows (40%).
  • Coordinate connections to Epic for vendors or downstream systems; data prep for executives.
