Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an IT Project Manager with Epic experience to lead healthcare system implementations and integrations. You will coordinate stakeholders, translate requirements into design specs, and manage small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.

Responsibilities include configuring, testing, installing, monitoring, and maintaining Epic and related systems, developing training materials, and ensuring change management standards are followed. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of work experience with Epic, or actively working towards similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field; alternative experience may substitute with approval.
• Certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose problems, translate requirements into specifications and manage small to mid-size projects.
• Configure, test, install, monitor, and maintain systems and workflows to meet business needs.
• Document and propose workflow and technical designs to support requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for third-party applications and integrations.
• Develop training and knowledge materials for end-users and staff.
• Participate in planning, on-call, and command center duties as applicable.
