Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Prelude Analyst to configure, test, support, and maintain the Epic Prelude module. The role focuses on optimizing patient registration, insurance verification, demographic data collection, and front-end revenue cycle workflows.

The analyst will partner with business and clinical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, resolve system issues, support upgrades, and assist with new clinic implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Prelude module and related workflows.
• Analyze and optimize patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic data processes.
• Support front-end revenue cycle workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and application maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve technical tickets and production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, IT, and revenue cycle stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and new clinic builds.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure system configurations align with organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and testing materials.
• Participate in application testing, including unit, integrated, and regression testing.
