Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic seeks an EPIC Administrator to lead the setup and ongoing upgrades of EPIC software for billing and claims. You will analyze requirements, automate workflows, and work with clinic operations and IT to optimize processes.

Responsibilities include documentation, testing, and ensuring system performance and interfaces with external vendors, while upholding HIPAA and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related work experience.
• Two or more years of EPIC system experience in Resolute, Prelude, Claims or Charge Router.
• Required EPIC Resolute/Prelude/Claims certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement EPIC software and upgrades for billing and claims.
• Analyze user requirements and modify systems to automate processes.
• Collaborate with clinics, billing, and IT teams to improve workflows.
• Write technical documentation and maintain system configurations.
• Ensure EPIC performance and seamless interfacing with other systems.
