This senior role combines deep Epic expertise with knowledge of value-based care, data governance, and interoperability, guiding cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Health Informatics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare IT with 5+ years on Epic apps.
• Deep experience with Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and population health modules.
• Strong CMS STARS, HEDIS, and quality/risk adjustment reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination, and STARS reporting.
• Design scalable data models linking Clarity/Caboodle to reporting needs.
• Lead Epic governance, upgrades, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with quality and risk teams to translate regulatory specs into Epic builds.
