Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect - Epic Applications to own the architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, STARS reporting, and care coordination. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable Epic designs and lead a team of Epic analysts and engineers in a large healthcare enterprise.
The role requires deep Epic expertise, strategic thinking, and strong partnership with QA, compliance, and IT leadership to deliver value-based care initiatives and reliable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years healthcare IT with Epic experience.
- Deep hands-on or architectural Epic experience.
- Strong CMS STARS/HEDIS knowledge.
- Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools.
- Proven leadership of enterprise Epic initiatives.
- Understanding of value-based care and payer data exchange.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination, STARS/quality reporting.
- Design scalable data models linking Epic modules to reporting needs.
- Serve as technical authority on Epic population health tools and data sources.
- Partner with enterprise architecture and data teams on governance and interoperability.
- Lead and mentor a team of Epic analysts/engineers; manage vendor relationships.
