Job summary

WebMD Ignite, a division of WebMD and Internet Brands, is the growth partner for healthcare organizations. The Solution Architect, Epic, leads how WebMD Ignite products integrate with and build on the Epic platform, serving as the senior technical contact for client engagements and guiding end-to-end Epic integration strategy.

This role defines reusable integration patterns, supports sales engineering, and tracks the Epic roadmap to keep product and engineering ahead of client needs, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare systems integration, including hands-on Epic platform experience.
• Deep Epic platform knowledge with familiarity of Epic integration technologies (Interconnect and Bridges) and AI direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Epic integration patterns across WebMD Ignite products.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for Epic-related client engagements and guide architectural decisions.
• Lead discovery, integration design, and technical delivery for Epic work to accelerate onboarding and reduce risk.
• Monitor Epic release calendar and translate updates into product and engineering implications.
• Ensure Epic integrations meet HIPAA/PHI handling requirements and comply with client obligations.
