WebMD Ignite, a division of WebMD and Internet Brands, seeks a senior Solution Architect, Epic, to serve as the technical authority for integrating WebMD Ignite products with the Epic platform. You will shape reusable integration patterns and own Epic-related client engagements.

This client-facing role requires deep Epic knowledge, HL7 FHIR, and HIPAA/PHI compliance, guiding design, delivery, and roadmap alignment with product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare systems integration with hands-on Epic experience.
• Deep Epic platform knowledge including campaign and contact management, patient portal, patient communications, and Epic integration technologies (Interconnect and Bridges).
• Strong command of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 FHIR (R4), SMART on FHIR, HL7 v2, C-CDA, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and HITRUST or similar compliance frameworks.
• Client-facing solution architecture experience across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and own standard integration patterns between WebMD Ignite products and the Epic platform.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for Epic-related client engagements.
• Lead discovery, integration design, and technical delivery for Epic work to accelerate onboarding and reduce risk.
• Monitor Epic release calendars and translate updates into product and engineering implications.
• Ensure Epic integrations meet HIPAA/PHI compliance and align with client obligations.
• Elevate Epic fluency across the engineering organization through enablement and reference architectures.
