Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking an Epic Scheduling Template Analyst to create and update provider templates in line with scheduling guidelines. You will monitor schedule changes, support end users, and collaborate with Providers, Practice Managers, and Schedulers to streamline appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities include maintaining master templates, processing change requests per guidelines, and documenting activities in ServiceNow while working with the EPIC Cadence team to improve template

Qualifications

• 3 years of scheduling experience.
• 1 year of master template experience.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Experience with EPIC Cadence.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master schedule templates for providers and visit types.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory Operations to recommend template enhancements.
• Ensure change requests follow process guidelines and proper worklist assignments.
• Maintain documentation in ServiceNow and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Work with EPIC Cadence Team to optimize system functionality.
