Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or related field.
• 3–5 years of Revenue Cycle or healthcare IT experience.
• Experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle applications preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic billing system updates and maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis of charging, coding, denials, and reimbursements.
• Collaborate across Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Design, test, and implement system build changes with Epic analysts.
• Produce reports and assist in regulatory compliance.
• Provide end-user training and end-user support.
