• Experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic billing system updates, testing, and maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis of denials, edits, and reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements for billing accuracy.
• Design, test, and implement system build changes with Epic analysts.
• Monitor system performance and identify issues affecting revenue capture.
