Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IT - Epic Revenue Cycle to lead complex Epic implementations and optimizations across affiliated Community Connect organizations. The role blends project leadership with revenue cycle expertise to support ambulatory, physician groups, and ASC workflows while guiding readiness, adoption, and stabilization.

Qualifications

Experience leading Epic Revenue Cycle implementations.
Strong project planning, risk, and budget management.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, and readiness initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
Coordinate readiness activities across Prelude, Cadence, HIM, Professional Billing, Claims, Revenue Integrity, Charging, and related workflows.
Serve as liaison between affiliate leadership, operations, IT, Epic reps, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committees.
Monitor project health and drive mitigation strategies.
Support organizational change management, communication planning, training readiness, and stabilization activities.
