Job summary

Huron seeks a Healthcare Technology Manager to lead Epic Revenue Cycle transformation across patient access, authorization, eligibility, and billing workflows, delivering measurable improvements in financial and operational performance.

You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams, travel up to 50%, and mentor junior consultants while shaping roadmaps and executive-level presentations. This role resides in Huron's Healthcare Technology practice.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification required.
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Hands on experience with Epic RTE, Epic RTA, benefit filing, financial clearance, patient estimates, prior authorization, and referral management.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle performance improvement assessments and optimization projects.
• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions leveraging Epic best practices.
• Drive improvements in: Real-Time Authorization (RTA), Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) and Benefit Filing.
• Improve Financial Clearance workflows and Patient Estimates processes.
• Enhance Prior Authorization and Referral Management.
• Optimize digital patient access and engagement capabilities (eMPA, MyChart).
• Develop recommendations, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
