Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Technology Manager specializing in Epic Revenue Cycle to join our Healthcare Technology practice in the United States.

You will lead revenue cycle transformation and optimization initiatives for healthcare provider organizations, focusing on improving patient access, financial clearance, authorization, eligibility, and referral management through Epic optimization.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification required.
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Epic RTE, RTA, benefit filing, financial clearance, patient estimates, prior authorization, and referral management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel to client sites as needed (less than 50% on average).

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle performance improvement assessments and optimization projects.
• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions leveraging Epic best practices.
• Drive improvements in Real-Time Authorization (RTA) and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) and related processes.
• Optimize patient access and engagement capabilities within Epic modules (MyChart, eMPA, e-Check In, Kiosks).
• Partner with operational, clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders to implement process improvements and achieve performance goals.
• Develop recommendations, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
