Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Healthcare Technology Manager with strong Epic Professional Billing expertise to drive client engagements and optimize Epic PB workflows. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic experience (preferably with strong Epic PB expertise) providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Current Epic Professional Billing certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization is required.
• Experience with Epic implementations, optimizations, or revenue cycle transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Epic PB workflows, revenue cycle operations, and technical build processes.
• The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Epic PB subject matter expert on client engagements.
• Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to assess workflow needs and recommend Epic best‑practice solutions.
• Participate in client design sessions and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support Epic PB optimization initiatives, including workflow design, build guidance, testing, and production deployment.
• Complete Epic build directly or collaborate with client analysts to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
• Communicate clearly with both revenue cycle leadership and IT teams, tailoring messaging to each audience.
• Contribute to broader project delivery, team collaboration, and long‑term capability building within the practice.
