Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Healthcare Technology Manager specialized in Epic Patient Access to join our Healthcare Technology practice. You will work with healthcare organizations to analyze workflows, design and implement Epic solutions, and support transformational initiatives across Patient Access functions.

Qualifications

Epic Patient Access workflows with 5+ years experience.
Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects with 5+ years.
Epic build and testing experience for 5+ years.
Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational workflows and translate requirements into Epic system design.
Lead and support Epic Patient Access implementations and optimizations.
Perform Epic build, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
Develop documentation, training materials, and workflow recommendations.
Support deployment, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with project teams, clinicians, and leadership.
Provide leadership and coaching within project teams.
