Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a Senior RC Informatics Specialist to optimize Revenue Cycle efficiency and automation. The role emphasizes Epic capabilities and supporting bolt-on applications to improve data flow across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT to implement internal controls, evaluate client needs, and develop configurations that support business processes within the Revenue Cycle. Training and end-user support are also part of the role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Health Information Systems, Informatics, Healthcare Management, or closely related field required.
• In lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
• 3 years of work experience in revenue cycle, informatics, healthcare technology, or a closely related field required.
• In lieu of nine (9) years of experience in revenue cycle, informatics, healthcare technology, or a closely related field required.
• Epic certification in Clinical or Rev Cycle application preferred.

Responsabilidades

• This role aims to improve Revenue Cycle efficiency and automation using Epic functionality.
• Supports integration activities and bolt-on applications within the Revenue Cycle technology footprint.
• Plans, executes and monitors implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions specific to Revenue Cycle.
