Job summary

UW Medicine’s ERC Education team seeks an ERC Education Architect to design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise revenue cycle training programs across Epic systems, aligning curricula with business goals. This role requires translating complex workflows into clear, engaging learning solutions and delivering across instructor-led, virtual, and in-person formats.

The position emphasizes collaboration with operational leaders, analysts, and subject matter experts, applying adult learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, instructional design, or related field.
• 4+ years in healthcare instructional design, clinical education, patient access, or patient financial services.
• 4+ years designing training curricula combining technology and workflows.
• 1+ year delivering training across multiple modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning).
• 1+ year coordinating cross-functional healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise revenue cycle training programs and materials.
• Translate complex workflows into engaging, performance-based learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning principles and change management to blended learning experiences.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and align curricula with objectives.
• Lead medium-sized education development projects with clear timelines.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and in-person Epic revenue cycle training.
