Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle analyst to support configuration, rollout, and ongoing operations of Epic-based workflows. You will engage stakeholders, document requirements, and drive continuous improvement within the Revenue Cycle environment.

The role focuses on analysis, design, testing, and coordination of system upgrades, with responsibilities spanning end-user support and collaboration with IT and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Epic proficiency or certified within one year of hire date.
• 3-5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic daily support to Revenue Cycle teams (Patient Access, Patient Accounts, Health Information Management, Finance).
• Coordinate project implementations, upgrades, break/fix issues, training and QA processes; perform root cause analysis as needed.
• Design/build/test/implement Epic software related to Revenue Cycle workflows and update stakeholders on progress.
• Act as liaison between IT, vendors and Revenue Cycle departments; communicate clearly with managers and staff.
