Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is seeking an EPIC Systems Analyst Senior to support Revenue Cycle operations. You will provide advanced functional-level support for EPIC and related IT applications, lead design sessions, and optimize system configurations to meet clinical and business needs.

Responsibilities include developing testing plans, creating training materials, coordinating with vendors, and delivering clear status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Five (5) years in clinical or business system analysis with EMR/EPIC experience.
• Licensure: EPIC certification in one or more products or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drives design and implementation of new business processes and optimized system configurations.
• Leads design sessions to achieve improvements.
• Works with EPIC EMR or other systems to define business requirements and improve processes.
• Creates and communicates status updates to stakeholders and manages documentation.
