Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic systems within the Revenue Cycle. You will analyze business needs, document requirements, design solutions, and ensure optimal performance of workflows in the Epic environment.

The role involves daily end-user support across patient access, accounts, HIM and finance, plus coordination of upgrades and training with other analysts and vendors.

Qualifications

• Epic proficient or certified within one year of hire date.
• 3-5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic daily support to Revenue Cycle teams including Patient Access, Patient Accounts, HIM and Finance.
• Coordinate project implementations, upgrades, break/fix, training and QA processes.
• Design/build/test/ support Epic software for Revenue Cycle workflows and assist in testing.
• Serve as liaison between IT, vendors and Revenue Cycle departments.
